Bio
Harlem New York’s is where Robyn Banks was born. She is fun, lovable, and fierce, and as real as they come. Robyn made her official debut at the Hetrick Martin Institute back in May of 2008. After getting amazing review, Robyn went on to compete and win in the 2008 drag pageant ‘Ms. Stars’. She sings, acts, & dances. In May of 2012, Robyn was asked to perform for “National Gay Day” in Boston.
Robyn has been making her mark in the New York City drag scene performing at local bars such as PIECES, The Monster NYC & and the legendary Stonewall Inn bar. In May of 2018 Robyn Released her debut full length album JAWBREAKER. In June 2018 Robyn hosted Brooklyn Pride Festival. She along with Drag Queen Story Hour Headline Brooklyn’s Gay Pride celebration. Her single ‘Back it Up’ was nominated for Best Music Video at the 2019 GLAM awards. Robyn is also featured in the “Untitled” coffee table book. For the last two years, Robyn has been apart of the national non profit organization Drag Queen Story Hour. Robyn was also one of the drag queens from Drag Queen Story Hour to be featured on Macy’s website for their work. Her goal is to bring her unique urban drag style from Harlem, to the West Village, to Hell’s Kitchen and then the world!
